Metal seated Ball Valves are preferred when the operating temperature is typically above 250 deg C and upto 400 deg C, where the soft seats fail. The ball made of SS304 / SS316 is either coated with Nickel (by Electroless Nickel Plating) or hard faced with Stellite or coated with Chrome Carbide (HVOF) depending upon the operating temperature and pressure. The matching metal seats are also hard faced or HVOF coated.

Variety of ball coatings like ENP, Stellite Overlay, HVOF for different temperature ranges. Very low torque for ease of operation even at high temperature. Class VI leakage also available upon request. Flanged end, screwed end and socket weld ends available. Available in 3 Way L port option also |
Advantages: Class VI leakage in Metal Seated ball valves is unique. Low Operating Torque. Valves can be actuated easily with a smaller actuator leading to cost control
